4. Data retention

• Contact enquiries, client records, and general correspondence: retained for 3 years from the date of last interaction or communication
• Candidate records: retained for 7 years from the date of last interaction, reflecting the nature of executive search and the possibility that candidates may be relevant to future assignments

Records are securely deleted or de-identified at the end of the applicable retention period, unless we are required by law to retain them for longer.

We take reasonable steps to protect personal information from misuse, interference, loss, and unauthorised access, modification, or disclosure. Information is stored in secure systems with access restricted to authorised personnel only.
