When you submit an enquiry through our website contact form, we collect your name, company, email address, phone number, and the content of your message. This information is used solely to respond to your enquiry and, where relevant, to progress a potential engagement.
Clients
In the course of providing executive search and leadership advisory services, we collect business contact information and information related to your organisation's leadership requirements, including role specifications, organisational structure, and strategic context.
Candidates
We collect professional and personal information about individuals considered for executive roles. This may include your name, contact details, employment history, qualifications, compensation details, referee information, and the outcomes of any assessments or interviews conducted as part of a search process. This information is collected directly from you or, where appropriate, from publicly available sources or third parties such as referees.
We will always obtain your consent before sharing your personal information with a client as part of a search process.

- Conduct executive search assignments on behalf of clients
- Assess candidate suitability for specific roles

We do not sell personal information to third parties. We may share information in the following circumstances:
- Clients: candidate information is shared with the relevant client organisation only with the candidate's knowledge and consent
- Service providers: we use third-party platforms for email delivery, client and candidate relationship management, and website hosting. These providers are engaged under appropriate data protection terms and are not permitted to use your information for their own purposes
- Legal requirements: we may disclose information where required by law or to protect our legal rights
4. Data retention
We retain personal information only for as long as necessary:
- Contact enquiries, client records, and general correspondence: retained for 3 years from the date of last interaction or communication
- Candidate records: retained for 7 years from the date of last interaction, reflecting the nature of executive search and the possibility that candidates may be relevant to future assignments
Records are securely deleted or de-identified at the end of the applicable retention period, unless we are required by law to retain them for longer.
5. Data security
We take reasonable steps to protect personal information from misuse, interference, loss, and unauthorised access, modification, or disclosure. Information is stored in secure systems with access restricted to authorised personnel only.
While we take appropriate precautions, no method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure. We cannot guarantee the absolute security of information transmitted to us via the internet.
6. Cookies
Our website does not use cookies. Our analytics solution is cookie-free and does not track individuals across sessions or websites.
7. Bot protection (Cloudflare Turnstile)
We use Cloudflare Turnstile, an invisible bot-detection service, to protect contact information on our website from automated scraping. When you visit a page containing our phone number, Turnstile runs a silent background check to verify you are a human visitor. No visible challenge or interaction is required.
Turnstile may collect certain browser and device signals as part of this verification process. No personally identifiable information is collected by Turnstile, and no data is shared with third parties beyond Cloudflare. 8. Accessing and correcting your information
